Once you complete the PH Perya login, your full account dashboard opens immediately — no extra steps, no waiting screens. This is where everything happens: your PHP ₱ balance is displayed at a glance, your open sports bets are summarised in real time, and any active bonus progress is shown with clear wagering information.

From the dashboard, you can jump straight into a Bingo room, open the Tongits tables, browse the JILI Slots library, check the PBA game schedule, or review current NBA betting odds. Having Trouble Signing In? Here's What to Check

Most PH Perya login issues have a simple fix. Run through these checks before contacting support — you'll usually be back inside your account within a couple of minutes.

Check the Email or Mobile Number You're Using

Make sure you're entering the exact email address or mobile number you used when you registered at PH Perya. If you have more than one email account, try each one. The email tab and the mobile tab accept different credential formats — switch tabs if needed.

Password Case and Special Characters

PH Perya passwords are case-sensitive. Check that Caps Lock isn't accidentally on, and that any special characters in your password are typed exactly. Use the eye icon on the password field to reveal what you've typed. If you've changed devices recently, try typing the password manually rather than pasting.

Use the OTP Login Tab as an Alternative

If you can't remember your password, switch to the OTP Login tab. Enter your registered Philippine mobile number and PH Perya will send a six-digit one-time PIN. This gets you into your account without a password so you can then set a new one from account security settings.

Reset Your Password

Click "Forgot password?" under the password field. Enter your registered PH Perya email and a reset link will arrive within a few minutes. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it in your inbox. The reset link is valid for 15 minutes.

Account Locked After Multiple Attempts

After several consecutive failed PH Perya login attempts, the system temporarily locks access for security. Wait 15 minutes before trying again, or use the password reset option immediately. If you suspect unauthorised activity on your account, contact support@phperya.com straight away.

Use a unique password for PH PeryaDon't reuse a password you use for GCash, Maya, email, or any other service. A unique password means one compromised account can't affect the others.

Never share your OTP or passwordPH Perya support will never ask for your password or one-time PIN. If anyone claiming to be PH Perya asks for this, it's a scam — report it immediately.

Sign out on shared or public devicesIf you log in from a computer at an internet shop, a borrowed phone, or any shared device, always click Sign Out before stepping away. Don't tick "Keep me signed in" on shared devices.

Protect your registered mobile numberYour PH Perya account is linked to your mobile number for OTP login and security alerts. Keep your SIM secure and update your registered number promptly if you change it.

Review your transaction history regularlyCheck your PH Perya deposit and withdrawal history after each session. If you spot a transaction you don't recognise, contact support@phperya.com immediately and change your password.
