PH Perya may receive information directly from you, automatically from your device, or from service providers involved in verification and payments. When you use GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, or an eligible Visa or Mastercard, the payment provider may return a transaction status and reference to PH Perya.
03 How Personal Information Is Used
PH Perya uses personal information to operate a secure and functional gaming service. Closing an account does not always mean immediate deletion of every record. PH Perya may need to keep identity verification, payment, betting, complaint, self-exclusion, or security records for a required period. Retaining a self-exclusion record can also help prevent a restricted player from opening another account during the exclusion period.
When information is no longer required, PH Perya may securely delete it, anonymise it, or restrict further use. Anonymised statistics that can no longer reasonably identify a player may be retained for service analysis.
10Your Privacy Rights

11 Marketing Choices
PH Perya may send account-related communications that are necessary for service operation, such as login alerts, payment status updates, security notices, policy changes, and responsible gaming messages. These operational messages are different from optional promotions.
Where permitted, PH Perya may send information about bonuses, game releases, Bingo schedules, or sports betting offers.
