Any activity that occurs on your PH Perya account while logged in with your credentials — including bets placed, withdrawals initiated, and bonus claims — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach before the activity took place.
PH Perya uses encrypted connections (TLS) for all account and financial activity. However, you are responsible for the security of the device from which you access PH Perya. Avoid using public or shared devices to log into your PH Perya account.
PH Perya accepts deposits in Philippine pesos (PHP ₱) only. All deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. PH Perya does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or from payment sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
The minimum deposit at PH Perya is ₱50 for GCash, Maya, and GrabPay. Minimum deposits via bank transfer and card may vary and are indicated on the cashier page at time of transaction. Processing times are measured from when PH Perya approves the withdrawal request, not from when you initiate it. PH Perya may carry out additional identity checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, which can extend processing time. PH Perya will communicate any delay and the reason for it.
If you have an active bonus at PH Perya, withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirement completion. Attempting to withdraw while a wagering requirement is outstanding will result in the bonus balance being forfeited before the withdrawal is processed. PH Perya recommends reviewing active bonus conditions in your account before initiating a withdrawal.
A bet at PH Perya is only confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. If no confirmation is received — due to connectivity issues, session timeout, or system error — the bet has not been placed. PH Perya is not responsible for bets that were not confirmed. Always verify your bet slip before assuming a wager is active.
PH Perya publishes odds for PBA, NBA, and other sports in American (moneyline) format. All odds shown on PH Perya at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager, regardless of subsequent changes. Live betting odds update in real time and the odds at exact confirmation are final.
Bets at PH Perya are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body — FIBA for international basketball, the PBA for Philippine Basketball Association games, and the NBA for National Basketball Association games. PH Perya uses the official final score including any overtime periods. Results that are later reversed on appeal are handled on a case-by-case basis at PH Perya's discretion.
A bet at PH Perya may be voided in the following circumstances:
When a bet is voided by PH Perya, the original stake is returned in full to your account. A void leg in a parlay reduces the parlay to the remaining legs and recalculates the odds accordingly.
PH Perya reserves the right to void any bet placed on clearly incorrect odds that represent a material pricing error. Bets placed in bad faith on known pricing errors will be subject to investigation and may result in account suspension. PH Perya will notify affected players of any voided bets within 24 hours of detection.
PH Perya offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. The specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates — are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms when you opt in to a promotion.
Most PH Perya bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x). A 10x wagering requirement on a ₱200 bonus means you must wager ₱2,000 in qualifying games or bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Each promotion page specifies which games and bet types contribute toward wagering requirements, and at what percentage.
Sports bets at PH Perya on odds of -200 or shorter (i.e. very strong favourites) may contribute at a reduced rate — typically 20% — toward wagering requirements. Bets on odds shorter than -400 may contribute 0%. Check the specific promotion terms before betting bonus funds on short-priced favourites.
PH Perya monitors bonus activity for abuse patterns including the use of low-risk betting strategies designed primarily to complete wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the platform. Players found to be abusing PH Perya bonuses may have their bonus balance voided, their winnings forfeited to the extent generated from abused bonuses, and their account suspended.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on PH Perya and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities:

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of PH Perya, are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PH Perya operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulatory frameworks and is subject to oversight by the relevant Philippine gaming authority.
In the event of a dispute between you and PH Perya, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through PH Perya's internal complaints process. You may submit a formal complaint to PH Perya support at any time, and PH Perya will respond with a written decision within 10 business days. Legal proceedings, if required, shall be conducted before the appropriate courts of the Philippines, and both parties submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
